How can I create an account?

To facilitate the purchasing process, KDNS requires an email address and a mobile phone number. This way, we can notify you when your order is ready.

To close your account, send an email to info@kdnsbikes.com requesting account closure. After this action, you will no longer be able to access any content that requires a username and password.

Where can I buy KDNS products?

At KDNS, we only sell our products online through our website, never through other distributors, whether online or in physical stores.

You can place your order from anywhere, but currently, we only ship within Spain. However please contact us at info@kdnsbikes.com and maybe we can work someting out.

The delivery address for online purchases can be any address. For example, if you wish, you can have the order sent as a gift to someone else.

We always send a confirmation email to confirm that the purchase was completed successfully, and then a second email to inform you about the shipment of the order. KDNS offers a 24-month warranty (from the date of purchase of the product) in case of defects in the materials of clothing and accessories.

Once you have completed the initial step, you should click on WARRANTY REGISTRATION and enter your serial number (an eleven-digit numerical code located under the bike) along with the purchase date. Answer a few simple questions, accept the terms and conditions, and after completing the process, you will receive a confirmation email in your inbox.

The easiest way to manage a warranty is to contact us through our website, and we will provide you with instructions to start the process.

First, we recommend that you report the theft to the nearest police station, providing the serial number of your bicycle along with all details that can help identify it as yours. Afterwards, you can inform us so that we can notify you if it is found.

What is the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, you need to be registered at www.kdnsbikes.com.
If you are already registered you can log in by clicking here and view the status of your order automatically. If you are not registered:
You can register by clicking here. (remember to use the same email address you used during your purchase). It will take no more than 1 minute, and you will be able to view the status of your order automatically. *IMPORTANT: Remember to register with the same email address you used during your purchase. You will have automatic access to the order history associated with that email address and the current status of each order.

The cost of shipping will always vary depending on the shipping location. During the checkout process, you will be able to see the final cost of your shipping at all times. Depending on your location, you can also choose from various shipping methods according to your preferences. Lastly, we offer free shipping to certain countries on orders above a minimum value, which you can see during your purchase process: starting from €60 in Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and Portugal, and €90 or €125 in other selected countries.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Military Bases.
